We love vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF, and CDR.

Yes, we create your pattern blocks based on the size structure you’d like to establish for your brand.
Orders
What are your minimum order quantities?
Our minimum order quantity for most styles is 10 pieces.
How long does it typically take to complete an order?
Standard orders are 2 weeks and remember that shipping times are not included in the turnaround estimate for your order.
Can you accept rush orders?
Yes. Please indicate that your job should be rushed when you are ordering. If you submit an order and then ask for it to be rushed, there is a chance our production schedule will not allow us to fulfill your order as requested. Please note: non-negotiable rush fees, calculated by the day, accompany all rush orders.

DHL, FEDEX, UPS, by Sea, Special line, etc.
Can you give me a shipping cost estimate?
Sure, if you need to estimate the shipping cost, we'll need your shipping address as well as the number of pieces you want to purchase.
How long will shipping take ?
Estimated transit times are: DHL: 4–5 days to Europe and the Americas, 2–3 days to Asia FedEx: 7–10 days to Europe and the Americas, 4–5 days to Asia By air, shipping typically takes 1–7 days, while sea freight usually takes around 1 month.
