Design Preparation
Every project begins with your artwork. Our design team reviews your files, adjusts color profiles, and prepares print-ready layouts to ensure perfect output. We support all major file formats and provide guidance to help you achieve the best visual results.
Digital Printing
Using state-of-the-art digital printers, your design is applied directly onto the fabric. This process delivers vibrant colors, soft hand-feel, and excellent breathability without adding weight to the garment.
Sublimated Printing
Sublimated printing delivers vibrant, long-lasting color by turning ink into gas and bonding it directly with the fabric fibers. This process ensures the design becomes part of the material itself—resulting in a smooth, lightweight finish that won’t crack, peel, or fade. Ideal for performance wear, team uniforms, and any apparel requiring rich detail and high durability.
Laser Cutting
Our advanced laser cutting technology ensures every fabric panel is cut with exceptional precision and consistency. Counting Cut Pieces
After cutting, each fabric panel is carefully counted and organized to ensure accuracy before moving into production. Sewing
After printing and cutting, each garment is expertly assembled by our skilled sewing team. We use precision stitching, reinforced seams, and consistent workmanship to ensure every piece fits correctly, feels comfortable, and meets brand-quality standards.
Trimming
After sewing, each garment goes through a precise trimming stage. Excess threads, loose fibers, and any small imperfections are carefully removed to ensure a clean, polished finish. This step enhances the overall appearance and prepares every piece for final inspection and packaging.
Ironing

Packaging & Delivery
After steaming and folding, products are packed and shipped worldwide via express or sea freight.
